Report an issue

Jutsu is a small family business and we use PRINTFUL to fulfill our products, but sometimes things go wrong. We have a very open an honest policy towards issues with products when you report an issue to us with honest intentions.

To help us process your return or replacement as quickly as possible, please include clear photos based on the issue:

  • Print placement issues: Lay the product flat so the entire design is visible. Include a ruler or measuring tape in the photo to show where the print sits in relation to the edges of the product.

  • Print quality problems: Take a well-lit, close-up photo that clearly shows the affected area and print details.

  • Damaged or defective products (e.g., cracks, stains, holes): Capture the damaged section along with part of the printed design so we can identify the product.

  • Orders with multiple similar items in different sizes: Make sure the photo includes the visible size tags for each affected product.

  • Incorrect item received: Take a photo of the product together with the packing slip visible in the same frame.

  • Size discrepancies:

    • If the size tag doesn’t match what you ordered, include a photo of the item with the size tag clearly visible.

    • If the size tag is correct but the fit or measurements are off, include photos of the product with a ruler or measuring tape following the measuring instructions in the Size Guide on the product page.
